This Terms of Service applies to all subdomains of WarReWARds.com; including but not limited to:

irc.WarReWARds.com

By completing the signup process of www.WarReWARds.com or signing into irc.WarReWARds.com you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions
WarReWARds.com is hereafter referred to as "WR"
WarReWARds.com is owned and operated in entirety by WarReWARds LLC;

2. User Acknowledgment and Acceptance of the Terms of Service
The services of WR are provided to you (The "User") under the agreement by you the user of the Terms of Service as well as any rules or policies posted by the officers or designates of WarReWARds LLC and the staff of WR.

3. Description of Services
WR agrees to provide one or more, but not limited to, the following services: 1) Offers to be completed. 2) Forums. 3) General Entertainment.

4. Accuracy of User Information
In agreement with the Terms of Service, the User is obligated to provide accurate and current member information. It is the User's responsibility to keep this information current in a timely manner. Should any information provided by the User be inaccurate, WR reserves the right to close the account without notice.

5. User Accounts and Passwords
The User is solely responsible for maintaining and updating the User's account password.

6. Accounts
Each household is allowed one (1) account for www.WarReWARds.com and one (1) account for forum.WarReWARds.com. If any User is found to have more than one (1) account for any reason, WR reserves the right to permanently delete the account(s) from the system and the User forfeits all earnings. Each User must provide accurate information including, but not limited to: full legal name, address, city, state, zip or postal code, birthdate, and email address. If it is found that a User supplies false or fraudulent information for any of the prior mentioned fields, WR may remove these accounts from the system without warning and for an indefinite period of time.
WR reserves the right to place any account on hold for any reason deemed appropriate by the administration.

7. Emails
By registering for WR, the User gives WR the right to email the User about account status or any other matter pertaining to the operation of WR.

8. IP Address
Every time a User registers or logs into the WR, the User's IP address is logged and it must not match any other User's IP address. If any two or more Users are found to be completing offers and/or participating in WR functions with the same IP address, those accounts are subject to be placed on hold for an indefinite amount of time, or, at the discretion of the WR administration, deleted from the system without notice.

9. Proxies
By registering or logging in to WR, the User agrees to be scanned for Open Proxies. If an Open Proxy is found on the Users system,that account is subject to be placed on hold for an indefinite amount of time, or, at the discretion of the WR administration, deleted from the system without notice, with no compensation to the User.

10. Age Limit
You must be over the age of 13 to join WR, as specified by US COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). If WR finds that a User is under the age of 13, all information will be removed, except that information which is required by law.

11. Payment Policies
WR payments are on a NET 45 payment process, with a minimum payout of $15. All payments are made after affiliates have notified WR of any fraudulant leads, and sends payment. While this may seem unfair to some users, it is the payment method most likely to reduce fraud, and ensure a long term business relationship with the user.

WR reserves the right to amend or alter these Terms at any time with or without warning. Regardless of when a User registered, the User must abide by all current Terms at all times.

WR reserves the right to use cookies and to hold member information in a company owned database. This is used to ensure that WR is able to provide the appropriate services to all members.
